Scale

Liquids

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • ¾ ounce Chambord liqueur

Garnish

  • Fresh raspberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Add the vodka, pineapple juice, and Chambord liqueur. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
  2. Strain into glass: Carefully strain the chilled mixture into a martini glass, leaving the ice behind in the shaker.
  3. Garnish: Skewer a few fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick and place it on the rim of the glass as a colorful garnish before serving.

Notes

  • Lisa’s Tips: Use your favorite martini glasses and cocktail picks to enhance presentation.
  • Make it less sweet by reducing Chambord to ½ ounce and increasing pineapple juice to 1½ ounces. Optionally, add ½ ounce fresh lemon juice for brightness.
  • Mocktail version: Mix 2 ounces pineapple juice, 1 ounce raspberry syrup, ½ ounce lemon juice, and 2 ounces sparkling water for a refreshing alcohol-free alternative.
