Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Arrange one rack in the center position of your oven and preheat to 425ºF (218ºC). This ensures your pizzas bake evenly and achieve a crisp crust.
  2. Prepare the tortillas: Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Using about ¼ cup (63g) of pizza or pasta sauce for each tortilla, spread the sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small margin at the edges to prevent sogginess.
  3. Add cheese and toppings: Sprinkle approximately 1½ tablespoons (8.5g) of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce, then add about ¼ cup (56g) shredded mozzarella. Top the pizzas with pepperoni slices or your choice of toppings, distributing them evenly.
  4. Bake the pizzas: Carefully transfer the prepared pizzas directly onto the oven rack. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the crust achieves your desired crispness. You can also use a toaster oven, baking each pizza individually for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Remove pizzas from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving to avoid burns and let the cheese set slightly.
