Ingredients

Scale

Base Ingredients

  • 300 grams coconut puree (3 packets)
  • 4 whole limes, juiced
  • 0.5 cup condensed coconut milk
  • 3.5 cups filtered water

Serving Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 4 fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Combine Coconut Puree and Lime Juice: In a blender, add one packet of coconut puree and freshly squeezed lime juice for each cup of limeade you intend to make.
  2. Add Condensed Coconut Milk and Water: Pour in the condensed coconut milk and filtered water. Blend the mixture for 5 to 7 seconds until smooth and well combined.
  3. Enhance Coconut Flavor: For extra texture and coconut richness, toss in some shredded coconut before blending briefly.
  4. Add Ice for Frozen Version: If you prefer a chilled or frozen limeade, add 2 to 3 ice cubes per serving depending on the desired iciness, then blend again briefly.
  5. Serve and Garnish: Pour the coconut limeade into glasses over fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a lime wedge to add aroma and presentation appeal.

Notes

  • For a lighter and fresher coconut flavor, use coconut puree instead of coconut milk.
  • Condensed coconut milk helps to sweeten and enhance the coconut flavor naturally, instead of using plain sugar.
  • To make an alcoholic version, add 1/4 shot (approximately 1/2 teaspoon) of coconut or light rum per cup in the blender.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake or stir before serving.
  • This recipe is perfect to prepare a day in advance for parties or gatherings.
