Cake:
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 200g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 120g unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large oranges (zest and juice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100ml whole milk
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water (optional)
Glaze:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake tin.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
