Wingstop Cajun Corn

Spice up your corn on the cob with this Wingstop Cajun Corn recipe. Grilled to perfection and seasoned with a flavorful blend of Cajun spices, this dish is sure to be a hit at your next barbecue.

Corn:

  • 6 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • Oil spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Cajun Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cajun Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine all the Cajun seasoning ingredients and mix well.
  2. Grill Corn: Preheat grill to medium heat. Spray corn with oil and grill, turning occasionally, until slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Season Corn: Spread butter over grilled corn and sprinkle Cajun seasoning generously. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe can also be made by boiling the corn instead of grilling for a different texture.
  • Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper in the Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference.
