Ingredients

Scale

Liquids

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
  • 1 oz Half and Half

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Slightly Melted Raspberry Jam (to line the edge of your martini glass)
  • 1 brick Godiva White Chocolate (to make curls)
  • 48 Fresh Raspberries (to skewer across top of cocktail)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass: Begin by slightly melting the raspberry jam, either in a microwave or on a warm stove, until it becomes spreadable. Using your finger or a brush, carefully line the rim of your martini glass with the melted jam. Refrigerate the glass briefly to set the jam.
  2. Create White Chocolate Curls: Using a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife, shave curls from the brick of Godiva white chocolate. Set the curls aside for garnish.
  3. Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz vodka, 1 oz Godiva white chocolate liqueur, 1 oz Chambord, and 1 oz half and half. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake Well: Secure the lid of the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture thoroughly and combine the flavors.
  5. Strain and Serve: Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass with the raspberry jam rim.
  6. Garnish the Martini: Skewer 4 to 8 fresh raspberries onto a cocktail pick and lay it across the top of the martini glass. Sprinkle or place several white chocolate curls on the surface of the drink or on the rim for an elegant finish.

Notes

  • Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor and presentation.
  • If you don’t have Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, you can substitute with another white chocolate liqueur, but it may change the flavor slightly.
  • Chill your martini glass before use to keep the cocktail colder longer.
  • Adjust the amount of half and half to alter creaminess according to preference.
