  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for serving)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Zucchini and Tomatoes: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Cook until vegetables are tender.
