  • 1⁄4 cup heavy cream

  • 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, hulled and finely chopped, divided

Instructions
