  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steaks until desired doneness. Set aside.
  2. Make the Haunted Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add bourbon, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
