  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds for garnish
  • Nori sheets for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sushi Rice: Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  2. Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon into small pieces and mix with mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Assemble the Bake: Layer the cooked sushi rice in a baking dish, top with the salmon mixture, and bake until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. Serve: Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and nori sheets if desired.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spiciness by increasing or decreasing the amount of Sriracha sauce.
