  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
  • Reserved pasta water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Season and Cook Chicken: Coat diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil until cooked through.
  2. Make Honey Butter Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic, honey, and heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  3. Cook Pasta: Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
  4. Combine: Toss cooked pasta in the honey butter sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency. Serve topped with Cajun chicken.
