Ingredients

Scale

For 1 Pomegranate Mocktail

  • 2 oz. 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice or high-quality orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz. sparkling water, club soda, or seltzer
  • Ice, for serving

Optional Garnishes

  • Pomegranate arils
  • Lime slices
  • Orange slices
  • Frozen cranberries
  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh rosemary

For a Pitcher (1 Quart)

  • 12 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 6 oz. orange juice
  • 3 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 12 oz. sparkling water or seltzer

For a Punch Bowl (1 Gallon)

  • 6 cups pomegranate juice
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 6 cups sparkling water or seltzer

Instructions

  1. Prepare the citrus juices. Freshly squeeze the orange and lime juices to ensure bright, fresh flavors in your mocktail. If fresh orange juice is not available, use a high-quality orange juice for best results.
  2. Mix the juice base. In a serving glass, pitcher, or punch bowl, combine the specified amounts of pomegranate juice, orange juice, and lime juice depending on your serving size—single serving, pitcher, or punch bowl.
  3. Add sparkling water. Immediately before serving, stir in the sparkling water, club soda, or seltzer gently to maintain the fizz. Use the appropriate amount for your serving size.
  4. Serve over ice. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes to keep the mocktail chilled and pour the mixed beverage over the ice.
  5. Garnish and enjoy. Add optional garnishes such as pomegranate arils, lime or orange slices, frozen cranberries, fresh mint, or rosemary sprigs for a festive and aromatic touch.

Notes

  • Use fresh juices whenever possible for the best flavor and brightness.
  • Sparkling water can be substituted with club soda or seltzer based on preference.
  • Adjust citrus quantities slightly to taste for more sweetness or tartness.
  • For a non-fizzy version, omit the sparkling water and serve chilled.
  • This mocktail is naturally vegan, gluten-free, and low calorie.
