  • 400 g flour
  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 15 g granulated sugar
  • 7 g salt
  • 35 ml sunflower oil
  • 225 ml water

  • 40 g butter
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil, and water in a bowl. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise until doubled in size.
  2. Shape the Rolls: Divide the dough into portions and roll them into crescent shapes. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake: Brush the rolls with butter and egg wash. Bake until golden brown.

Notes

  • You can brush the rolls with honey or sprinkle sesame seeds on top before baking for added flavor.
