  • 10 baby red potatoes, quartered

  • ½ head cabbage, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetables: Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Add Beef and Spices: Place the corned beef on top of the vegetables, sprinkle the spice packet over the beef, and pour in the beer and water.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
