Ingredients

Scale

Meat and Main Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Sauces and Cheeses

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Seasonings

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef and garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef together with the minced garlic, stirring occasionally until the meat is completely cooked. Drain excess fat, then stir in the marinara sauce until the beef is evenly coated.
  2. Prepare the creamy bacon mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon until well mixed.
  3. Assemble the lasagna layers: Spread a layer of the beef and marinara mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish. Next, lay down a layer of cooked lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the creamy bacon-Parmesan mixture, and then a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a mozzarella layer on top.
  4. Bake covered: Cover the assembled lasagna with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes to heat through and meld the flavors.
  5. Bake uncovered: Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes to brown and bubble the cheese topping.
  6. Rest before serving: Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes after baking to allow the layers to set for easier slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Ground turkey or chicken can be used instead of beef for a lighter variation.
  • For extra crispy bacon, cook the slices on a wire rack while baking.
  • Allowing the lasagna to rest before slicing helps the layers hold together better for clean pieces.
  • This dish pairs wonderfully with garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
