  • 2 Kaiser rolls, sliced in half horizontally

  • 4 large eggs, lightly whisked
  • 4 slices American cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Toast the Kaiser rolls: In the same skillet, toast the Kaiser rolls with butter until golden.
  3. Scramble the eggs: In a separate pan, scramble the eggs in butter until just set.
  4. Assemble the sandwich: Place a slice of cheese on each bottom Kaiser roll half, top with bacon, scrambled eggs, and another slice of cheese. Top with the other Kaiser roll half.
