Mango Coulis:
- 400 gr Mango Flesh, fresh or frozen
- 30 ml Lime Juice
- 30 gr Caster Sugar
Mango Panna Cotta:
- 250 ml Full Cream / Whole Milk
- 250 ml Thickened / Heavy Cream
- 40 gr Caster Sugar
- 180 ml Mango Coulis
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
- 7 gr Gelatine Powder
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon Lime Zest
- Prepare Mango Coulis: Blend mango flesh, lime juice, and caster sugar until smooth. Strain to remove any fibers.
- Make Mango Panna Cotta: Heat milk, cream, sugar, and mango coulis. Add gelatine mixture. Pour into molds and chill until set.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Top with fresh mango cubes or mint leaves for garnish.
