  • 1 pinch salt

For the Mango Layer:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoon cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Panna Cotta Base: Heat cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves. Bloom gelatin in water, then mix into cream mixture. Pour into molds and chill.
  2. Make Mango Layer: Puree mangoes, sugar, and lemon juice. Bloom gelatin in water, mix into mango puree, then pour over set panna cotta. Chill until firm.
