Mango Panna Cotta

Indulge in the creamy and fruity goodness of Mango Panna Cotta, a delightful Italian dessert with a tropical twist.

Mango Coulis:

  • 400 gr Mango Flesh, fresh or frozen
  • 30 ml Lime Juice
  • 30 gr Caster Sugar

Mango Panna Cotta:

  • 250 ml Full Cream / Whole Milk
  • 250 ml Thickened / Heavy Cream
  • 40 gr Caster Sugar
  • 180 ml Mango Coulis
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
  • 7 gr Gelatine Powder
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lime Zest

Instructions

  1. Prepare Mango Coulis: Blend mango flesh, lime juice, and caster sugar until smooth. Strain to remove any fibers.
  2. Make Mango Panna Cotta: Heat milk, cream, sugar, and mango coulis. Add gelatine mixture. Pour into molds and chill until set.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  • Top with fresh mango cubes or mint leaves for garnish.
