    • 1 pound Ground Beef/ Kebabs (80 lean / 20 fat)
    • 1 pound Ground Lamb (or just use beef)

Seasonings:

  • ½ bunch Parsley
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Yellow Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon 7 spices
  • ½ tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sumac
  • ½ tablespoon Aleppo Pepper
  • ¼ tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 23 teaspoons Salt Or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda (Secret Ingredient)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Finely chop the parsley, garlic, and onion.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, chopped parsley, garlic, onion, and all the seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Shape the Kebabs: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs on skewers.
  4. Grill the Kebabs: Grill the kebabs over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes per side.
  5. Serve: Serve the juicy Middle Eastern kebabs hot with your favorite sides.
