Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for an hour.
  2. Roll out the dough: Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven.
  3. Add toppings: Spread melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and cheese on top.
  4. Bake: Bake until golden and bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
