Cheesy Linguine in Four-Cheese Sauce:

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Fontina cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
