Dough Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Coriander, chopped
- 4 Chili peppers, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- Sesame seeds for topping
- Prepare the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Make a well in the center and add the egg, nut oil, and milk. Mix the ingredients until you form a smooth dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until elastic and soft. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Make the chicken filling: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
