  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sriracha.
  2. Thicken Sauce: In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the saucepan.
  3. Cook: Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Serve: Use the Dragon Sauce as a dipping sauce or marinade.
