  • 2 Cups Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 10 Ounces Spinach, fresh
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet, heat oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add spinach, salt, and red pepper flakes, cooking until wilted. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Stir in the cooked spinach mixture and mozzarella.
