  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushrooms: Clean and trim the mushrooms.
  2. Prepare the batter: In a bowl, mix flour and buttermilk to make a smooth batter.
  3. Coat the mushrooms: Dip mushrooms in the batter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Fry the mushrooms: Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
