Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Add-ins

  • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookies, chopped and divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreos: Chop 1 ½ cups of Oreo cookies into small pieces, keeping some larger chunks for texture. Set aside about a quarter of the chopped Oreos for garnish.
  2. Melt the base ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is completely smooth and the chocolate chips have fully melted.
  3. Mix in Oreos: Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the majority of the chopped Oreo cookies, saving some for topping.
  4. Set the fudge: Line a square baking pan (8×8 inches recommended) with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Garnish and chill: Sprinkle the reserved Oreo pieces on top, gently pressing them into the fudge. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into small squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use full-fat sweetened condensed milk for best texture and flavor.
  • To make cleanup easier, line your pan with parchment paper or foil before pouring the fudge mixture.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • This fudge can also be frozen for longer storage; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
  • For a chocolate fudge variation, substitute white chocolate chips with semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.
