  • Fresh thyme leaves (for garnish)

For the Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet until pink and cooked through.
  2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream, Parmesan, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Prepare Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender, mash with warm milk, butter, and salt.
  4. Serve: Spoon creamy garlic sauce over shrimp and serve on a bed of mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
