These Crack Breakfast Sliders are a delicious combination of crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and gooey cheese sandwiched between sweet Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for a quick and satisfying breakfast!

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Cut Hawaiian rolls in half. Place bottom half in a baking dish. Layer half of the cheese, bacon, egg mixture, ranch dressing mix, and remaining cheese. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  4. Bake: Mix melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing into sliders. Enjoy!
