- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
- 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.
- Assemble Sliders: Cut Hawaiian rolls in half. Place bottom half in a baking dish. Layer half of the cheese, bacon, egg mixture, ranch dressing mix, and remaining cheese. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
- Bake: Mix melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing into sliders. Enjoy!
