  • 30 chocolate creme sandwich cookies (such as Oreos®)
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 (13-ounce) jar marshmallow cream, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups crisp rice cereal

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cookies: Crush chocolate creme sandwich cookies in a food processor or by placing in a plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and half of the marshmallow cream, stirring until melted. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine: Remove from heat and stir in crushed cookies and rice cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Set: Press mixture into a greased pan and let cool. Drizzle remaining marshmallow cream on top if desired.
  5. Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!
