Coconut Rum Punch

Coconut Rum Punch is a refreshing tropical cocktail perfect for summer gatherings. This delightful drink combines the flavors of coconut, pineapple, lime, and rum, creating a deliciously sweet and tangy beverage.

Ingredients

  • Ice, as needed
  • 2 fluid ounces rum
  • 2 fluid ounces pineapple coconut juice
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Ginger ale or lemon lime soda, such as Sprite®, as needed
  • 1 lime slice
  • 1/3 pineapple ring

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add rum, pineapple coconut juice, lime juice, and agave syrup to the glass.
  3. Top off with ginger ale or lemon-lime soda.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice and pineapple ring.
  5. Stir gently and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum.
