  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Swirl Mixture:

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare bundt pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. Cream butter and sugar: In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Alternate additions: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Layer the batter: Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of the swirl mixture. Repeat layers.
  7. Bake: Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool and serve: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
