  • 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a large pot, boil the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Remove and shred the chicken using two forks, then set aside.
  2. Prepare the Spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Make the Cheese Sauce: In a large saucepan over low heat, combine the Velveeta cheese cubes and cream cheese. Stir continuously until cheeses are melted and smooth.
  4. Mix Ingredients: Add the cream of mushroom soups, Ro*Tel tomatoes (with juice), garlic powder, and onion powder to the cheese sauce. Stir well to incorporate all ingredients.
  5. Combine Chicken and Pasta: Add shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the casserole uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  8. Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your creamy and flavorful Christmas Chicken Spaghetti!
