Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Slice the onion, mince the garlic, chop the cabbage, julienne the carrot, and slice the bell pepper.
