Ingredients

  • Chicken fillets – 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Parmesan cheese – 1 cup, grated
  • Red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – for garnish, chopped
  • Fries – 1 bag (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken fillets: Season with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and simmer until heated through.
  4. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with crispy fries.

  • You can adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the amount of red pepper flakes.
