Chicken

  • 5 chicken cutlets

Flour Mixture

  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika

Egg Mixture

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Breadcrumbs Mixture

  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Assembly

  • 2 romaine hearts chopped
  • 12 French baguettes
  • Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Make Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Bread Chicken: Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Coat each cutlet in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs mixture.
  3. Fry Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry breaded chicken until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Assemble Sandwich: Spread Caesar dressing on baguette, add romaine lettuce, crispy chicken, and top with more dressing and Parmesan cheese.
