  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce

  • 5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
  • 6 cups frozen potato tots
  • chopped scallions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, sour cream, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir in shredded chicken and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.
  3. Assemble Casserole: Spread potato tots evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour the chicken mixture over the tots, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
