Brownie Truffles Recipe

Brownies:

  • 1 pan Brownies* baked in a 9×13 inch pan

Truffles Coating:

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips* , Guittard or Ghirardelli
  • chocolate spinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brownies: Bake brownies in a 9×13 inch pan and let them cool completely.
  2. Make Truffles: Cut brownies into small squares and roll them into balls. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Coat the Truffles: Dip each brownie ball into the melted chocolate, then place on a baking sheet. Add chocolate sprinkles if desired.
  4. Chill and Serve: Chill the truffles in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can customize these truffles by using different types of chocolate or adding nuts or sprinkles.
