    • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

    • 3 large eggs, beaten

    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, peas, and carrots until tender.
  3. Add Rice: Stir in cooked rice and break up any clumps.
  4. Scramble Eggs: Push the rice to the side and scramble eggs in the skillet.
  5. Combine: Mix everything together and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Finish: Stir in cooked bacon and green onions. Serve hot.
