Fruits
- 150g fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries, partially thawed
- 125g fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries
- 125g strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced
- 1 small pink lady apple, cored, thinly sliced
Herbs
- 8 fresh mint leaves, torn
Liquids
- 3 cups (750ml) chilled lemonade
- 3 cups (750ml) chilled sparkling grape juice
- Prepare the fruits: Partially thaw the raspberries if frozen. Hull and thinly slice the strawberries. Core and thinly slice the pink lady apple. Set aside.
- Mix fruits and mint: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced apple, and torn fresh mint leaves. Gently stir to mix the ingredients.
- Add liquids: Pour the chilled lemonade into the fruit and mint mixture, followed by the chilled sparkling grape juice. Stir gently to combine all flavors without bruising the fruit.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate the punch for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled in glasses, optionally garnished with extra mint leaves or fruit slices.
Notes
- Use fresh or partially thawed frozen berries depending on availability.
- Adjust mint leaves quantity according to your preference for herbal flavor.
- For a more intense flavor, allow the punch to infuse overnight in the fridge.
- Serve immediately after adding sparkling grape juice to maintain fizz.
